Prices

The prices are in Euro exclusive VAT and delivery costs. We are entitled to change the resale prices at any moment or according to the exchange rates of foreign currencies.You have to use the minimum retail price. 

Orders

You can only place orders by e-mail or order on this website.  Minimum first order is € 150,00 excl. VAT and delivery costs. Next orders no minimum excl. delivery costs. After placing a order you will receive an invoice within 48 hours. After payment the order will be send. Payment invoice within 8 workingdays.

Cancel

Don`t you want your order anymore, than we will charge you 20% administration costs, 20% of your original order. You will always receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Changing orders

Changes of your e-mail address or companyname/telephonenumber/etc please send us the changes by e-mail. You will receive always a confirmation.

Transport

Packages under 10 kilo € 12,50 for The Netherlands and € 14,50 (0-2 kg), € 20,00 (2-5 kg), € 26,00 (5-10 kg), € 35,00 (10-20 kg) for Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany. Orders from Dutch buyers and more than € 350,00 excl. VAT franco. 

Delivery period

Delivery within 3-6 weeks if items are not on stock.

Complaints

If the goods are damaged, incomplete, if a mistake was made, or in any other case of defect, the customer is supposed to contact us within 48 hours. Damages goods we will replace. Delivery costs are for the buyer. New products will be delivered when damaged goods are received.

Copyright

Copyright on all images. As our customer you can only use the images of the products you bought by Cherish Together. We will send you the images when you’ve paid your order by e-mail. 

Reselling

It’s forbidden to sell the products on E-bay or other (auction)sites. Reselling the products to other companies is also forbidden.

Cherish Together will ship on Tuesday and Friday. When we received the payment before Friday 12 o`clock then the package will be send at Tuesday, when we received the payment before Wednesday then the package will be send at Friday.
